Gordon Ramsay has been doing these AWESOME “Ramsay in 10” videos for home cooking!! They’re really inspiring, because he makes everything look so easy and fun.
The Recipe as best I could understand from his video:
use a nonstick pan
two chicken breasts, diced
heat pan, drizzled with oil
grate butternut squash, put into pan
salt the squash
2.5 tsp of garam masala sprinkled into the squash
grate a red onion, mix into squash
cut up a chili pepper, and spread gently in with a spoon
grate ginger right into the pan
put chicken into the pan (chicken should cook in 9 minutes)
add frozen peas
add tomatoes after awhile, and then coconut milk
add chicken or vegetable stock only if needed!
