So I have been obsessed with Weck jars for years now, and four months ago I finally allowed myself to order some and never heard from the company I used since. MIRACULOUSLY, they arrived on my doorstep yesterday. I took one look at these jars and thought: mojitos.
That’s how we got here! Couldn’t find any white rum so we had to use a Seattle-local gold rum (it was really good). I also forgot to make ice which was kinda a mistake, but I chilled the glass instead!
Recipe by Glass:
12 mint leaves, (muddled with the bottom of a wooden spoon)
3 lime wedges, also muddled
Simple Syrup (equal parts sugar and water, boiled)
3 oz of rum
lime sparkling water to fill the glass
